Monday-Sunday from 9,00 at 13.00 and from 17 to 19,00

Delivery

The villas and apartments will be handed over from 5pm.00 at 20.00 of the day of arrival. For any late arrivals, it is imperative to notify the management 5 days before, under penalty of paying a supplement (indicated in each apartment).

Return

The villas and apartments must be vacated by 10 am.00 of the day of departure.

Kitchenette Cleaning

Kitchenette, crockery and kitchen utensils must be left perfectly clean, otherwise there is a supplement.

Consumer withdrawal

The customer who wants to give up the stay will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid, net of the penalties indicated below (ex art.1373 III comma C.C.) le rinunce dovranno essere inviate presso la sede legale della Apartments &; Villas Costa Rei s.r.l. based in Via Macchiavelli, 36 in Cagliari.

Penalty in case of withdrawal

Penalties will be: 20% for cancellations received up to 60 days before the start date of the stay; 50% for cancellations received from 59 to 40 days before the start date of the stay;no refund for cancellations received in the 39 days prior to the start date of the stay;

Annulment

Annullamento da parte della Apartments &; Villas Costa Rei s.r.l. based in Via Macchiavelli, 36 in Cagliari may at any time pursuant to art. 10 of law 1084 of 27/12/1997 concerning the International Convention relating to the travel contract, cancel the reservation without any obligation except for the refund of the sums paid.
